Unleash your inner dancer in any way you desire at Soul Dance.
There is no choreography or steps to learn, just move in any way you desire to the changing rhythms of the music, starting slow, building in momentum and then slowing down again at the end.
This is a non partnered dance and no experience necessary. Dance in bare feet, socks or comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle. Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to get warm and cut loose.
NB. Soul Dance is every second Monday, not every week.
